I can’t say enough good things about Smile Like the Stars! Our family has been coming here for years—three years of braces for me, two years for my daughter, and now my son is just getting started. Shawna did all of my orthodontic work when I had braces, and now seeing her at the front desk and in billing has been such a blessing. She always greets us with such kindness and warmth—it truly makes every visit feel personal. Dr. Essler and the entire team have been incredible every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the care they’ve given our family. I honestly hope this office stays open forever and continues serving the Katy community. We love this place!

Had my deep cleaning the Amanda.As a person who has major dentist anxiety. This place is absolutely AMAZING! Amanda is Absolutely AMAZING. Left with no pain at all. The whole process was painless throughout. So shocked I left in no pain. She’s the best. Definitely get your cleanings done with Amanda.

Having a suspected TMJ diagnosis from my ENT (popping in my ears not due to an ear infection), I went to Dr. Estler for confirmation. Upon confirmation, I was fitted for an appliance. Once the appliance (2 actually) was fitted properly and I began to wear it, the popping went away almost immediately. What a blessing to be free from that agitation. What a blessing the staff is, as well. Kelley did a marvelous job perfecting the fit of my appliances. I highly recommend this practice. There is no reason to suffer with TMJ. I went in about two weeks before Christmas after dealing with TMJ pain for years and finally deciding to get it checked out. I actually found Dr. Estler while searching YouTube for TMJ relief in Houston. He only had one older video, but it led me to look him up on Google—and I’m so glad I did. Even though his office is about an hour drive from me, the reviews about TMJ relief convinced me it was worth it, and they were absolutely right. Dr. Estler and Kelly took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my jaw. My TMJ had gotten so bad it was starting to affect my neck and cervical area, so I knew I needed real help. I really appreciated that they’ve experienced TMJ themselves—it shows in how passionate they are about helping others find relief. They were able to get me into a device pretty quickly, and now almost 4 months later, I barely feel any pain. The devices were very affordable, and they also offer financing, which made everything much more manageable. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with TMJ pain—it was 100% worth the drive.
