I cannot say enough good things about Smile Zone of Irving and Dr. Shalaby. I’ve had multiple treatments done by dr shalaby, and I can honestly say this has been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, you immediately notice how beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean the clinic is. The entire team is welcoming, professional, kind, and genuinely cares about making patients feel comfortable. Dr. Shalaby is truly exceptional. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for his patients set him apart. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. One thing that genuinely amazed me and I honestly don’t know how else to describe it is how gentle his hands are. Even when administering the anesthesia injections, I was surprised by how smooth and comfortable the experience was. The same level of care and precision shows in every procedure he performs. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and pays attention to every detail. It’s very rare to find a dental clinic that combines exceptional expertise, professionalism, kindness, cleanliness, and a truly patient-focused approach. Smile Zone of Irving exceeded every expectation I had. Front office ladies are always super welcoming and friendly and attentive. I had a nice thorough check up today and was explained in detail of all my options. Great experience overall

I go here with my 2 toddlers and I’m glad they’re still around. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have a small section for kids which is very nice because it helps entertain the kids when they’re bored. They also have TVs in the rooms which help with the waiting as well. I also like how they give out toys to the kids for their actual appointment days; makes the kids like going to the dentist lol. I think the prices are pretty fair for their services, and I’ll continue coming here. Only thing I wish was that they would have a lower turnover for their dentist because I’ve seen 3 dentist in this place for the since 2021? I still like this place though, and thankful for their friendly staff.

Dr. Shalaby did an outstanding job treating my 11 year old son. He handled a complicated tooth extraction as well as several cavity fillings with exceptional skill and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, he made my son feel comfortable and at ease, which helped reduce his anxiety about the procedures. I would also like to recognize Elizabeth, Dr. Shalaby’s assistant, for her exceptional care and kindness.

I'm expecting a refund on my appointment deposit because this place is not good. They make a set plan for you that seems decent and then when you go back, they upscale about 90% more than the price orginally planned in front of your face and expect you to still pay for it. This place lacks professionalism. Do not come here if you actually want cheap treatment done, they will change the price after your first visit. Do not recommend.
