Sign in to reviewI have major anxiety with dentists. From the time I walked in everyone was just so welcoming. They all made me feel so comfortable and not nearly as anxious as I would have. Dr. Moreno also understood my needs and amazing. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Moreno.
A great experience from beginning to end! Brian was by far the best hygienist I've had. He was extremely thorough and made sure he walked me through the process. Dr. Moreno was very warm and calming; her smile makes you feel so comfortable. I've definitely found a new home for my families dental needs ☺️
I can only give three star now, but I will adjust based on my experience in the future. hygienists are good, Maggie is awesome. BUT, the management and front desk are bad. First, I made a reservation for one hygienist, and also called about the appointment information by calling them just 15 minutes before the appointment. You know what? The front desk says no problem! But when I arrived there, they told me that hygienist is about to leave? Why you can not confirm correctly and tell me earlier and even I made a call to double check with you? Then I wait another over a half hour to get “Luck” to be with the right person I want. Omg please! the management should be more professional! I just can’t believe what the BOSS or the management team is doing? How are you training the staff? Are you just sitting there and doing nothing? oMG Be proactive and communicate! !Please, you cannot wait the client to tell you the latest information of the doctor and hygienist schedule! Also, I don’t understand why they let me to do another x-ray just after several months? I just want basic cleaning! If I didn’t ask or check clearly I will do it again! All the client want is basic cleaning, no fancy technology no extra check, I will give here the last chance but will definitely not stand once more
The staff at Smiles of Katy Dental is so amazing. The helped us with an insurance issue with patience and kindness. The dentists are very knowledgeable and gave us good advice for an unusual dental problem. We are so glad to have them nearby.
It was my first time here, and everyone was very welcoming. The environment is excellent, and Dr. Maggie was very skilled. She did a thorough cleaning, which was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep.
