I previously had a good experience here, and I believe the dentist’s technical work is good. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk and billing this time was very disappointing. Before my appointment, I called and clearly explained that I only needed my denture re-bonded. I specifically asked about the price and was told $65. However, after my denture was removed, I was suddenly told the charge was $200, without a clear explanation beforehand. My concern is not simply about the price. If I had been told in advance that the total was $200, I could have decided whether to proceed. I also asked for a receipt and an itemized breakdown of the $200 charge, but the person handling the payment became rude and spoke to me aggressively. I came back because I had previously been satisfied with this office. Unfortunately, this time the unclear pricing, poor communication, and disrespectful attitude at the front desk were extremely disappointing. Patients deserve clear pricing and respectful communication before agreeing to treatment. What made me most uncomfortable was that my denture had already been removed before I was told that the re-bonding would cost an additional $200. At that point, I was essentially given only a “Yes or No” choice.

I do not recommend this dental office. My experience has been extremely frustrating and inconsistent from the beginning. At my first consultation, I was quoted one amount for my services. When I went back, I was given a higher amount. Then, the third time, I was told a different amount that was actually lower than the first two. The pricing has been inconsistent, and I never felt like I was getting a clear answer about what I was supposed to pay. I specifically booked with a hygienist for a deep cleaning because I liked her work. She completed the deep cleaning on one side of my mouth, and I also had a root canal done. I waited about a MONTH for my next appointment because I specifically wanted the same hygienist to clean the other side. When I finally came back, they had scheduled me with a completely different hygienist. I purposely waited an entire month for the hygienist I requested, and no one informed me that I would be seeing someone else. Because of this, I have been walking around with one side of my teeth noticeably cleaner and whiter than the other side, even though I have already PAID for the services. Then there is the $100 fee. I spoke directly with Marlene and asked if I could wait and see the hygienist I originally scheduled with. She told me YES. I specifically asked her if I would be charged a fee for doing that, and she told me NO. Then, on the day of my appointment, I received a text saying I would have to pay a $100 fee in order to be seen for my deep cleaning. That is extremely frustrating because I asked about the fee beforehand and was specifically told there would not be one. On top of everything else, getting someone on the phone is extremely difficult. I have asked countless times to speak with the supervisor, Adrianna, and I still have not received a call from her. Between the constantly changing prices, appointment issues, $100 fee after I was told there would not be one, lack of communication, and difficulty reaching management, I feel like my concerns as a patient have not been taken seriously. I would not recommend this office based on my experience. 0/10.

My experience with Smiles Today Dental has been a positive one, and I appreciate the care I’ve received from Dr. Amar Kerio and his team. Throughout my treatment, I’ve consistently been treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect. The staff has always been welcoming, and it’s clear they care about providing quality care for their patients. I especially appreciate the time taken to explain procedures and answer my questions, helping me feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. The attention to detail and commitment to achieving a good outcome have given me confidence in my treatment. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done and would recommend your office to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team.

I had a great first consultation and deep cleaning today. I received excellent care and everyone was so kind. I didn’t feel judged or overwhelmed with the treatment plans they presented. I will definitely be revisiting for future dental care and treatments. 10/10!
