Unfortunately, since the clinic changed ownership, the experience has been completely different. The current front office staff is rude, unhelpful, and lacks basic customer service skills. They do not take the time to explain things properly, nor do they treat patients with the respect and professionalism they deserve. The previous owners of this dental clinic were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The dentist may be good, but customer service is a major part of any healthcare experience, and this office falls far short of expectations. I would not return to this clinic, nor would I recommend it to others. I also question whether the current 4.9-star rating includes reviews from the previous ownership. If that rating is based primarily on the current administration, it is difficult to understand how such a high score is possible given the poor level of service provided by the front office staff.

Love this office! Thank you to everybody for making my visit wonderful. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt like they deserved one. Front desk was welcoming, the assistant was amazing and Dr. Alani made me feel comfortable! I get nervous when coming to the dentist but Dr.Alani was wonderful. She was very kind and patient.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Verónica, the dental assistant who attended me during my recent visit. From the beginning, she demonstrated a high level of professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. She took the time to clearly explain each step of the process and ensured that I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her dedication and commitment to patient care truly stood out and made a significant difference in my experience. It is evident that she takes great pride in her work. First experience was great. Cleaned my mouth, gave me a treatment plan and it was positive. My follow up appointment was not as great. If you go here please verify your dental records prior to treatment. I asked twice before we started, was assured that I had not had that prior work done and then received a numbing shot on that side of my mouth I was sure we had worked on prior. My memory isn't great so i let it go. He used a UV light on the left side of my mouth, and before he was about to do the fillings on my right side I asked what else can the uv light be used for? He said nails or something so i asked again what would the uv light be used for dental work? He said for crowns or fillings. I asked him again to verify because I remember them using that light. The office had mixed up my contact information before and I want to be sure before he starts drilling. He then checked my mouth instead of my chart (it was missing from my chart, he said something about it not being coded correctly, not sure ) and I did have the previous work completed. I did not need the additonal numbing shot in my mouth. Front desk said I was billed correctly to my insurance the first time, so I am still confused on what happened. Good dentist place to go, but verify before any work is done.
