Soaan Automotive

I had an excellent experience at Soaan Automotive. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, completed the work promptly, and charged a fair price with no pressure or unnecessary upselling. It’s really hard to find a mechanic you can genuinely trust, but Soaan Automotive has definitely earned my confidence. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future maintenance and repair needs!

The truth about Soaan Automotive is that they operate like a dealership. When you bring your car in, they diagnose the problem and often get it fixed the same day. The quality of service is excellent and the pricing is very fair. Unlike many mechanic shops that keep your car for a week and still charge a lot of money, Soaan Automotive focuses on efficiency, honesty, and great service. If you need your car repaired, this is definitely the right place to go. They are number one when it comes to time management and customer service. I’ve been working with them for the past three years. Since I sell cars, they take care of all my vehicles, and they always do a great job.👏

I have to wait few week before my review to be sure. Now my SUV run's like a brand new car. I was 24hrs close to trading my 2017 Audi Q7 for parts due to my motor damage and also the ridiculous quotes i got from Audi mechanics and Eurofed. I was referred to him by a friend of a friend. I called Sean on the phone discussed my need, and while on the phone he looked up a motor with less than 40k miles and quoted me almost half the price from the auto places i mentioned above and billed me 1/3 of the amount quoted previously for labor. He was very informative. He communicated how much time it will take to shipped the motor to him and complete the replacement on my SUV. In all it took him less than a week to complete the motor replacement. i was blown away. Sean is a stand up guy and very honest. He carried me along all through the process, sending me pictures of my vehicle being worked on and updating me on everything. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who own an European vehicle. this guy is incredible and 100% trustworthy. The best part of all this is that he treated me with respect and kindness which goes deeper to show he care for customers.

I have been going here for a couple years for oil changes so when I needed my shocks done, I had them do them. It cost me $2,333 and when I drove off, my car was still making noises but not as bad. I took it back and they kept it for 1.5 days then told me I needed 3 engine mounts which would cost $736! I took it to another shop and the problem was fixed by tightening the bolts. This shop is great for oil change but not major repairs.

I have been using this shop for 3 plus years to service and diagnose vehicles for my dealership. I've experienced nothing short of great service and fair prices. I also refer my customers and haven't gotten a complaint.
