I had a fantastic experience at the dentist office today. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient. They use advanced technology and explain everything in detail, so I felt fully informed. I appreciated that they took my vitals when I arrived. They also provided a mouth rinse before the visit, and there were supplies in the bathroom to freshen up beforehand—such a thoughtful detail. During the cleaning, they were very gentle and careful. Afterward, they handed me a sealed moist towelette, which was a great finishing touch. Overall, everything was outstanding, and I highly recommend them!

My family has been seeing Dr. Minh Nguyen for over 20 yrs, which speaks volumes about the trust and quality of care we've received. Dr Nguyen is highly skilled, honest, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. His office uses modern equipment, making visits efficient and reassuring. A special thank you to Nga Le, who has been doing an excellent job with cleanings, thorough, gentle, and very personable. She truly makes each visit comfortable. We also appreciate how responsive and reliable the team is in urgent situations. Highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking excellent, long-term dental care.

I cannot recommend Dr Nguyen and Soft Dental enough. The entire staff is warm and professional. My Hygienist's did a fantastic job with my cleaning. She was efficient, pleasant to talk to, and explained everything clearly. A wonderful, 5-star experience from start to finish.

I brought my boyfriend here bc he has severe work to be done and they were so nice and comforting that they were going to help us get him fixed up. We went to different dentist a week ago and they didn’t even do a full exam only one side and they did no cleaning and to top it off they quoted us $3500 for just 2 root canals not even to fix everything else going on. So I did more research and found soft dental and they’re quoting us $4000 for complete treatment plan of his teeth. They even gave us temporary fixes in the treatment plan until we can afford the permanent fix and I appreciate how transparent and honest they were. You can tell they’re genuine in trying to help and not just fish you out for money. Everyone was so nice and I even had my 7 month old baby with me and they allowed me to sit with my boyfriend in the room with the baby. Even held him at one point. I loved it here and I wasn’t even the one being worked on. My boyfriend is happy as can be too. Thank you soft dental!

If you are looking for a great dentist, this is THE place. Not only the dentists, but every staff member is absolutely perfect too. I have been a customer for many years. Everything is consistently A+. My teeth were a terrible mess when I first visited there, but Dr. Nguyen managed to make my teeth look and function perfectly. I know it required skill, but I never dreamed it would be possible short of having false teeth. Now my teeth look almost too good to be true. Plus they work like new. Dr. Nguyen is Summa Cum Laude.
