Sign in to reviewI got lured in by "Free Sample" 😂 I tried it and after 10 seconds, I am in. Told the guy I wanted 20mins, but they kept insisting for more. Even after the 20mins they asked me if I want more. But I said no. And thats it. They are nice people and the massage was 100% great if you like HARD massage on your back. I don't know why they have low reviews here. 🤔
This was my fourth time here and had a horrible experience- I won't be back, they've lost a loyal customer. The guy never asked how long of a massage I wanted and they gave me a one hour massage which was the most expensive. A man approached me in the middle of my massage and starting asking me questions that were not in English. I said "what" 3 different times since I didn't understand him and then he finally says "30 min for $38." Since I wasn't asked how long of a service I wanted I said yes, 30 minutes. A few minutes later a second man starts massaging my feet while Im face down in a chair and I was charged $106 in total for a 1 hour massage and a 30 min "foot massage." It's extremely unethical to use a language barrier as a way to scam people for services they didn't agree to. If you don't speak English then hand the customer a paper with the prices and services and have your customer point to what they want. So insulting.
Best massage if you need really hard pressure. As a surfer I get super sore and go to these guys when need a real sports style massage for good price. Just don’t let them upsell on foot massage you if you just want back massage. The foot massage is good if need it but do separate
DO NOT!! I repeat, DO NOT COME HERE. My husband and I came for a quick 30 minute massage. Pretty simple… it was laid out for us and told to us by the workers, $38 for 30 minutes on the table, back, feet included. 30 minute massage was basic. Typical for a mall salon so we knew what to expect. When we went to pay, he charged us $114!!!!!! Told me it was because they massaged my husbands feet, it was an extra charge. I fought back and forth with them about it. And he said no 2 people were massaging him so that’s an extra charge….. EXCUSE ME?!? We did not request an extra person to massage his feet. We told them exactly what we wanted just a simple quick massage.. All of sudden, he doesn’t understand English, but knew enough to ask for a tip!!!! Completely scammed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!
Horrible experience! I walked in for a foot massage and was highly pressured to lay do own on a table for a sample. I asked to see a menu several times and was refused until after I had a sample. The sample was great and I enjoyed the pressure so I agreed to a 30 minute body massage. After some really high pressure I relented and agreed to a 60 minute massage. Immediately after I agreed to it, the guy who gave me the sample walked away and another man stepped in and gave me the absolute worst massage of my life! He use the exact same motion all over my back and legs with zero variation. At one point he put an extreme amount of pressure on my lower back and I felt a zing down my leg. After the massage was completed he simply walked away. Leaving me to climb under the table to gather my things while I was an extreme amount of pain from the pressure on my lower back. When I went to check out I was told that in order to pay with a card I had to pay a 3% surcharge for credit cards use which is actually illegal in California. When I refuse to leave a tip I again was pressured. I would avoid this place. Stay away!
