A service provider like this one makes me want to keep it all to myself - but that's selfish. So, I must say that the services provided here are executed with a high level of care and skill. Not only that, but somehow, the manager has a gift for recruiting therapists that are also very easy on the eyes. Even though you're face down for most of the experience, it's nice to turn over and be able to treat your eyes to a similar experience that the rest of your body had just been pampered with.
The massage therapist had excellent technique. I had a one-hour session today and felt completely relaxed—I highly recommend it.
I first came to Dr. He in summer of 2016 when I was experiencing severe sharp spasms on my left legs that interfered my daily routine, to a point that I could barely walk at times. After 6+ weeks of the chiropractic treatment without much improvement, a close friend suggested trying out acupuncture instead and though I wasn't very keen on that idea since needle and I were never best buddies; nevertheless, I decided to give it a try. Hence through my "in-network" provider lists I found Dr. He. She was very patient in listening to my problem and suggested treatment plan. After seeing her twice/wk for 3 weeks my pain went away completely and I noticed after the first week that it was improving already. Then I stopped my treatment. Fast forward to 2019, my son was experiencing back/leg pains from playing basketballs so I thought maybe I would take him there to see if Dr. He can help him. He tried acupuncture and cupping therapy a couple times but did not really like the needle experience so he switched to the massage therapy. They had a great masseur who was excellent in deep tissue therapy and that helped a lot. Later my husband also tried acupuncture, cupping therapy, guasha and massages. He also preferred massage therapies. Since then, we have been visiting Dr. He's clinic whenever we need some "adjustments" to our pain/sore and I have recommended her to several of my friends who asked for good acupuncturist.
I had a wrist injury in May 2018. Even though I went through physical therapy after surgery, the pain in my shoulder and arm was still severe and sometimes unbearable. I have continued my physical therapy but that didn’t seem to help much. I decided to try Dr. He’s acupuncture and massage therapy in December 2018. Amazingly after my first visit she was able to help reduce the pain by 70%. Since then I have had about 10 sessions of acupuncture and massage. I am practically pain free now! I am very thankful to Dr. he and her clinic for my regained health!
