Spavia Day Spa Fairfield

Highly recommend this Spavia location! I like that I can book my services online and that many options and time slots are available. The spa is very clean with nice touches that make you feel comfortable and pampered, such as heated neck wraps and tea offerings. I have been a customer for about the last four years. If you are looking for an excellent facial, I suggest booking with Ana. She has a very warm personality and she is extremely knowledgeable about her craft. Also, check out the monthly membership. It’s a great way to remember to take some “me time” that we all need.

The BEST massage I have ever had in my entire life!! Ask for Mozi - he was able to identify my problem spots without me telling him. Truly a talented masseuse! I will be personally recommending this place to all my friends and family!

This is my first time in 12 years to have the most luxurious massage. Rebecca at Spavia in Cypress Fairfield is very professional and comes with great knowledge. I came in feeling welcomed and refreshed. Rebecca made sure all my areas of needs were cared for in the most thoughtful way. The massage helped me so much. She also taught me ways on how to stretch my muscles and the importance of self care. I highly recommend Rebeca! I hope to have her again! I also had the pleasure of a facial with Jody. She was so sweet and very down to earth. She was pleasant and gentle during the whole time I was with her. I had a nice warm bed and the treatments smelled heavenly. I highly recommend getting the ginger lily scent. I will definitely come back to Spavia. Everyone was courteous and the environment was very welcoming. I loved the robes and the complimentary hot teas. I also enjoyed a hot pack for my neck at the of my time there.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I needed to share our experience because this was supposed to be a very special day. Today was my daughter’s 18th birthday, and I booked a spa day for both of us as a special mother-daughter experience. It was also our first facial and massage together, so we were very excited. Unfortunately, the day started off poorly. We had facial appointments scheduled for 10:00 AM, but the aesthetician canceled at the last minute due to personal reasons. I completely understand that unexpected things happen, but it was disappointing, especially since we arrived early and were looking forward to celebrating this milestone together. After arriving, we waited in the relaxation area for quite a while. The robes provided had an unpleasant smell, and we ended up waiting over an hour. I also checked with the front desk about our 11:00 AM massage appointment, but we were not taken back until around 11:25. By then, my daughter was visibly disappointed, and the long wait took away from what was supposed to be a relaxing and memorable experience. The one bright spot of our visit was Nicole, who gave me my massage. She was kind, professional, sweet, and clearly very skilled. She made me feel comfortable and provided an excellent massage. Unfortunately, my daughter’s experience with Haley was very different. Throughout the massage, Haley seemed irritated and was making facial expressions that made my daughter uncomfortable. She repeatedly told my daughter to “relax” in a loud and unfriendly tone. When my daughter politely mentioned that she had a new ear piercing and asked her to be careful because it was still sensitive, Haley responded, “I wasn’t even going to touch your ears,” in a way that felt rude and dismissive. What upset me most was that this was my daughter’s first spa experience, and instead of feeling welcomed and relaxed, she felt uncomfortable and discouraged. There was very little communication or explanation during her treatment, and the overall attitude made what should have been a special birthday memory a disappointing one. I appreciate Nicole’s excellent service, but overall, our experience did not meet the expectations we had for such an important occasion. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving communication, customer service, and professionalism so that future guests have a better experience.

My therapist "Tiffany" was phenomenal! I experienced one of the best massages ever. She relieved all of my problem areas as well as incorporating a relaxing massage. I will be recommending this particular therapist to family and friends!
