I am new to the hobby and Spider shoppe has been phenomenal! From their awesome packing of the T's to their great customer service. I am so glad I happen to be watching you tube videos from Richard with tarantula collective and he had a link that lead me to them. With comparative pricing and a vast and large selection. I really appreciate the information symbols at the end of each description to allow me to know if they are terrestrial, arboreal or fossorial. Hence this is my fourth order even after viewing other vendors. Definitely will not be my last either.
Fantastic experience. Really love the selection, prices are super competitive with other reputable sellers. They were in touch within hours of placing my order, and they held off on shipping due to the wild cold weather we’ve been having on the east coast- appreciate that care to their animals! Spiderling came healthy, exact size as described, and crawled easily into its new home! Absolutely recommended.
I ordered a beautiful T sling from SpiderShoppe online and was clear across the country. My wittle baby was packaged with so much care and attention that I was in awe. Customer service was great. Communication for delivery was excellent.Thrilled with my new baby. It’s settling in perfectly today after its 2400mile overnight journey in the enclosure they provided with my order. Thank you SpiderShoppe! 💙🩵💜🖤
We really enjoyed coming into the store, I’ve been trying to find specific wood pieces for a tree frog bioactive terrarium without much luck. They had a ton of options and it was nice to see things in person. It was also a lot more affordable than buying pieces online. I also noticed they had a bunch of substrates, and other things I’ll be needing.
I recently placed an order with Spider Shoppe for seven tarantulas—six of them being tiny spiderlings—and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Every single one arrived alive, healthy, and active, which says a lot about the care they put into packing and shipping. The shipping package was excellent: secure, well-insulated, and clearly designed with the animals’ safety in mind. You can tell they know what they’re doing. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the spiders I received. Overall, Spider Shoppe exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for healthy, well-cared-for tarantulas.
