While the services are similar, my experience at this Sport Clips team location was excellent. I was greeted promptly with attention and politeness, and the staff was very friendly. Again, Monica was my hairstylist, and she did an exceptional job. Thank you all!
I’ve gone to sports clips for the past three years (Tustin and UTC) mainly because it’s a comfortable environment. I went early in the morning today and got Tina. I feel I communicated very well, but somehow she took more off the top than we agreed at the beginning. It’s not something I notice until I get home and style, but this is a very common the stylist over cuts or cuts unevenly, both of which happened today. It’s a hit or miss if the staff actually listen. Anyways, I’m disappointed and don’t think I’ll continue using Sports Clips unless something changes.
Your products are always top notch and not too expensive. Your hairstylists are always super helpful and willing to take time to listen and get the haircut precise and the way you want it and provide valuable insight on how it could be escalated to even better place than you hoped for.
Crystal, one of the Stylist who has been blessing me in the Fountain Valley location for 18 months. I was able to find her at this location. I opened the door, everyone was extremely friendly and when i asked does Crystal from Fountain Valley location work here,,yes she is on lunch. When she returned it was a reunion of two individuals that have shared life on each of my visits. Im so grateful. I met the manager and she was very respectful. The store overall was amazing. Sitting in your new chairs was like climbing into a Black & Red Farrari. Overall experience everything ive been returning month after month.
I had a great experience with Erika, I just showed her a picture of what I wanted and she knew how to make it work for my head shape. I will definitely be going back to get it done again, it’s my favorite hair cut in a long time.
