I have to say, this is the best dental office I have ever been to! 🦷✨ The entire staff is absolutely amazing! My dental assistant, Makula, was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my visit. Dr. Dayal was amazing as well! She went over my care plan in detail, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood everything. I truly appreciate the level of care, professionalism, and kindness I received. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an amazing dental experience! ❤️

I went in for a tooth extraction as a first-time patient, and I have to give this office 5 stars all around! Monique at the front counter provided excellent customer service, making sure everything was processed and submitted in a timely manner. Makula in the X-ray department was so nice and sweet. Bea did an amazing job with my deep cleaning. Dr. Nguyen made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything clearly throughout the process. And I can’t forget the one who did the “dirty work,” Dr. Sepehr Poormonajemzadeh — he did an amazing job removing my tooth. I didn’t feel any pain at all, and I was in and out within 25 minutes! The entire team was professional, kind, and efficient. I highly recommend this office!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this office today. As a new patient, I expected x-rays, an exam, and a routine cleaning. My appointment started nearly 40 minutes late, and I spent over 2½ hours in the office undergoing multiple x-rays and tests that were described as part of the new patient process. After the exam, the dentist informed me that I needed a deep cleaning, additional testing, and several costly procedures. I was told that because I was considered to have early periodontal disease, I could not receive a regular cleaning and would only be eligible for a deep cleaning costing over $700. This was surprising since I have consistently seen my previous dentist every six months for cleanings and checkups without being told I needed this level of treatment. What frustrated me most was that after spending hours at the appointment, I left without receiving the cleaning I came in for. I understand that different dentists may have different treatment recommendations, but I would have appreciated more transparency before investing so much time in the appointment. I also felt there was little opportunity to discuss alternatives or ask questions about why the recommendations differed so significantly from my previous dental care. Overall, I left feeling frustrated, confused, and disappointed that my time was wasted and that the focus seemed to be on expensive procedures rather than addressing the reason for my visit.

Today I had Dr. Nguyen and (forgive me if I’m spelling it wrong) Makula for a crown. They both were very nice, informative and definitely helped my nerves go away. From the front to the back this team is amazing and one of the offices I’ve been to!

These people are expensive even if you come in with with insurance. I even called before I came in to know how much they would charge to do a dental cleaning and they told me they couldn't tell me because they said they needed to see my teeth first to see what needs to be done. So I came in for a regular cleaning and ended up telling me that I needed a deep cleaning since it was a while that I had a dental check up. They told me I needed some crowns on my teeth which was going to cost a $1300 per tooth on both my back teeth and a deep cleaning that was $948 out of pocket. Usually with insurance you should just pay the co-pay and the insurance will take care of the rest. They ended up charging my insurance $4,582 just for a deep cleaning and x-rays they did on me. That's the last time I go there, I was better off going to UT in the Medical Center were they would just have those medical students do dental work for a fraction of the price than what these people charged! Never again will I come back 😤😠😡🤬!!!
