Sign in to reviewStar Auto Services is great! We had an issue with our brake and when we called in, they said they had a free brake inspection. We told them our issue and they took us in immediately with no appointment. I did call beforehand and they told us we could come whenever we could. Although we weren’t quite sure what the issue was, he said it’d be best to do a brake flush first just to see and that was the fix! It was done in a hour and was reasonably priced.
These guys are truly amazing!! My tire blew and despite them not having the tire necessary, they helped me out, lent me a car to go pick up the tire nearby and then stayed late to fix my tire for me. Incredibly helpful and so grateful — they saved the day. I’ll be coming back to them for all future needs, and highly recommend them to anyone!!
I've gotten my car worked on here twice and have had good experience both times. Today my thermostat housing busted and was dumping coolant, so I had my car towed here. They were quick to identify the issue and let me know what parts are needed. They're able to get the parts in and perform the repair the same day, staying late to make sure that I had my car ready on time.
I’ve been to Star Auto Shop more than once now, and every time they’ve taken great care of me and my car. The staff is genuinely kind, respectful, and professional, and they actually take the time to help with the car. They will double charge you. Paid with zelle and owner stated that he never got it and force to pay with debit card. He also stated that they don't accept credit card for certain transaction which force customer to pay with zelle which is fraud. Removing nail from a tire caused me $75.00. Never got the invoice only verbal. And no sign stating zelle payment only for certain dollar amount.
