She went above and beyond for me and was such a total sweetheart. She impressed me with her professionalism and for being so patient and really listening to me. I go to this starbucks often and I love it, my drink is always made with a consistent flavor. The drive thru line is always very fast even when busy. Today I met Kimani at the drive thru window. She could tell I was having a rough day, so she made jokes to lighten my mood. She even went as far as to draw me a cute little picture on reciept paper while we waited for my food. Thank you guys for being so awesome!
The longest I have had to wait. The girl working the drive through halloween around 11am today needs to find a new job. customer service just is not for you. gross attitude and as if I make her work there?
I asked for light ice they gave me tons of ice like I’m talking about more than usual and I asked for cold foam and they gave me the smallest amount. very expensive
I’m very disappointed with the quality lately. The past several visits, the coffee has been extremely watered down. I even pay for an extra shot, yet the drink tastes like nothing but milk. This is unacceptable service. When I pay for coffee, I expect to receive coffee — not a cup of milk. I'm sorry but at this point an apology wont mean anything since this has happened more than once in this month. I really hope they address this.
