Got my hair done with Evan and it was my first time dyeing my hair. He was really patient, took the time to understand what I wanted, and gave helpful recommendations along the way. I was a little nervous at first because the color looked a lot darker than I expected, but Evan reassured me throughout the process and explained what to expect. In the end, it turned out exactly what I wanted. He was professional, attentive, and easy to work with. Overall, a great experience and I'd definitely recommend him!

I really thought about posting this review or not for a few days but I think I just have to say it. I came into this salon looking for a new place to go since I am going to be moving here soon. The stylist (I will not name) did a good job when I asked for blonde a few months ago, and so I came back and wanted to get my hair pink. I've had pink hair for many years before and it never turned out like this. Instead of the LIGHT pink I wanted, I got this shade of purple that was super unflattering on me. I was upset and voiced out my concerns but the stylist kept telling me it looked good, I have to go outside to make it pink, etc. But as someone who has had pink hair multiple times in the past, I've never experienced it turning this purple. It ended up being a magenta and I absolutely HATED it. I also want to add that she charged me an extra $50 for a hair treatment I DID NOT ASK FOR. When I came in for consultation the day prior, I was told it was $350 for what I wanted. I ended up paying $400 for the wrong color, overcharge for a service I did not ask for, and I was in tears in and out of the salon. The stylist is really nice, but I don't think she has a lot of experience with coloring. The lack of communication was really heartbreaking and she kept doing things I did not approve of or ask for. I wouldn't go back.

This was without question, the worst haircut of my life. I have never left a review before, but the pictures speak for themselves as to how uneven certain parts are and how the back was just given up on. I can't speak for the women, but for the men, learn from my harrowing result and find a better place. Not sure if Rachel was having a bad day today or if other stylists would be better with men's hair either, but I would skip the trouble and avoid this salon.

Terrible service. They dyed my daughter’s hair the incorrect color and dyed it jet black instead of dark brown. We tried to wash it out as much as we could at home, but ended up having to go back because of how much we disliked the service. They not only refused to give us a refund, but they also wanted to charge us again ($300-400 after the initial $150 we already paid!) to dye it dark brown even though that was the original color we asked for. The customer service there was unbelievably terrible as all the workers cannot speak proper English causing miscommunication. We asked the hairdresser “Rachel” multiple times why she dyed it black and she lied to us saying we asked for it and that it would fade out the previously bleached hair less quicker even though we never asked for it to become JET black. In the end I did not receive any refund and my daughter is left with jet black hair that looks navy in the sun even though she is a warm toned person. These people here were very inconsiderate with our time and money!

I’ve been here many times before, but today I had the worst salon experience of my whole life. I’ve never experienced anything like this.I’m extremely disappointed. I came in to get my highlights touched up and I made sure to mention my up coming wedding next week. As I mentioned, I’m a regular here and I’ve always counted on Amy to do a good job. However today, I had to book with Evan as Amy wasn’t available. I told him that the bleach should be rinsed out before the full hour passed. He told me “I know my job” very rudely and left the bleach in my hair for almost another hour. He was bleaching 3 other customers at the same time. My hair began to fall out in chunks. He burned my hair. My hair now is so thin when it wasn’t before. I lost more than half of my hair. My wedding is next week and I have to get extensions. Looking around, I noticed that many people here aren’t even licensed. To top it off, I still had to pay $200 despite losing my hair. Very unprofessional.
