I was referred to Justin Leavitt as the best in the city, and after my experience yesterday, I completely understand why. I've been trying to transition to my natural gray/silver, and it has been much more challenging than I expected. Justin took the time to talk through everything before we even got started—what was possible, the maintenance involved, costs, and what the timeline would realistically look like. I really appreciated the honesty and attention to detail. The shampoo and scalp massage were incredible, too! I didn't budget enough to leave the tip that Justin and his team truly deserved, but I'll definitely make that right moving forward. It's been a long time since I walked out of a salon genuinely loving my hair. Thank you!

I can't say enough about Style & Grace Hair Gallery. Every single person working there is incredibly friendly, professional, and pleasant. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere. The hair wash includes an indescribable head, shoulder, and neck massage that is simply heavenly. They always check on their clients, offering bottled water and ensuring you never feel neglected or unattended. As for Justin, he is truly amazing. So professional and knowledgeable, he takes the time to listen to your ideas and needs. When he puts his skills into practice, it's like magic. I've been to Justin twice now: the first time, my son and I went for haircuts, and we were both extremely happy with the results. The second time, I went for highlights, and I am absolutely in love with the outcome. I feel so happy and beautiful that words can't fully express it. Justin is my personal stylist for life, or at least until he retires. I 100% recommend him and the entire team at Style & Grace Hair Gallery!

I just finished with my appointment today with Dallas. I had such an amazing experience. This was my first time getting my hair done at a salon and she was so pleasant !!! She was absolutely amazing! I will definitely come here again and get my hair done with Dallas!!! Super sweet and kind!!! My hair’s curly so I was a little anxious about getting my hair done, but she reassured me and made my hair look super nice!!! I added my hair after the appointment and my hair before. :))

I went to this beauty salon yesterday for a little haircut and Dallas was my hairstylist. She was amazing. She spent time asking me how exactly want my hair done and answered all my questions. She’s supper friendly and I loved the results. I strongly recommend this place.

Absolutely disappointed with my experience 😭💔 I came in with a clear reference photo for soft layers, and this is what I received instead. I was charged $170 for a cut that looks nothing like what I asked for!!!! While I was at the salon, I specifically asked the stylist if she was experienced with layered cuts. She confidently told me she was trained, that I was in the right place (she said this multiple times) , and that she had plenty of experience. Based on that, I trusted her!! But when the styling wore off, my hair was completely straight at the bottom, uneven, with longer chunks in some areas and no layers at all — exactly the opposite of what I wanted. I sell hair products, I take care of my hair, and I practically begged her to only do the layers if she truly knew how 😭😭😭😭😭 The worst part? When I messaged her afterward to express my concerns, she told me she “doesn’t feel 100% comfortable Taking weight out of her yet” EXCUSE ME? That was shocking to hear after she had already cut my hair and assured me she was fully capable! How can you play like that with something so important to a woman? This was irresponsible and extremely unprofessional. I left feeling very sad and insecure about my appearance, and no client should ever have to feel that way after leaving a salon. I do not recommend this place!!! 😭😭😭😭😭
