Sign in to reviewDoctor Lucar is an amazing dentist! I went in for a cleaning and was seen in no time! Dr. Lucar is patient and he takes his time to do a good job! I feel no pain no matter what procedure I’m getting done! And to top it off, his prices are very affordable! I highly recommend Dr. Lucar!
I went in on a Wednesday because the night before I was having a tooth pain and Rodolfo which at first I thought he was very trustworthy and i knew he wouldnt try to hussle me or take my money had stated I needed 2 root canals and then we set an appointment for Friday which btw i had to miss work to take care of the matter the receptionist which had to follow up with me to inform me if my insurance was going to cover the root canals which she failed to do so I had to follow up with receptionist at least 3 times to get the answer which was 15 minutes before my appointment which btw was very rude and lack of education. When Rodolfo seen me he stated he would not be able to proceed the work because I had to see a specialist and which he would loose $600, first off where's the courtesy of a phone call and to inform me he could not proceed the procedure (not professional) especially if I had to continue calling which he should have communicated with the receptionist I was upset at the fact that he informed he was going to be loosing I was willing to pay for his services whether or not my insurance covered it. Which was $1200. I left the office and ended up @ 7 Day Dental on Lincoln, very friendly staff very knowledgable I got an appointment the next day to see a specialist because that's what Rodolfo had recommended when i spoke to the specialist he stated he was glad I didnt get any work done there because I DID NOT NEED 2 root canals my tooth was not fixable they had to remove that tooth and the other tooth just needed a filling and to take care of the cavity (loyalty and sincere) so he was not able to treat it so I made another appt with another speacialist to remove my tooth which was the following day which I had to pay $24.60 to remove the tooth and if I wanted a bone as a replacement it was going to $500 which was by choice and they educated why it was important to have a real bone as a replacement. The moral of the story is everything happens for a reason I saved $675.40 which was unessary work! I don't recommend this company especially with your teeth! I wonder how many others has he ripped off!!

Very good! He helped my son with his problem, quickly took the X-ray right there, and treated us very quickly! The place is clean and they are very friendly. The price was also very reasonable compared to other places that are very expensive… this is the place you're looking for! Good, nice (clean), and cheap.
