Sul & Beans is a dessert shop in Las Vegas, Nevada, serving Korean-style shaved-ice desserts known as bingsu. Customer reviews highlight the soft, smooth texture of the shaved ice, fresh-tasting toppings, and thoughtful presentation. Several visitors also appreciate that the desserts can feel refreshing without being overly sweet, making Sul & Beans a distinctive choice when you want something cool and satisfying.

Bingsu is the centerpiece of the experience, with a variety of flavors and combinations to choose from. Reviewers mention Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsoo as a delicious option, and yogurt berry bingsu as a favorite for those who prefer a less-sweet profile. One customer enjoyed the yogurt-flavored shaved ice and Asian-style yogurt drizzle without strawberry syrup. The menu’s range gives guests different combinations to explore, while the displayed bingsu options help set clear expectations before ordering. Toppings are described as fresh and flavorful, adding contrast to the delicate, finely shaved ice.

The atmosphere is another part of the appeal. Guests describe the interior as clean, cozy, and minimalist, with a relaxed feel suited to taking a break from the Las Vegas heat. Reviews also note prompt, welcoming service and staff who are willing to answer questions about the options. The space may show some age, according to one visitor, but that customer still found it clean and enjoyed the dessert. Overall, the setting feels approachable rather than formal, making it a comfortable place to sit down and share a treat.

Sul & Beans can work especially well for friends, couples, or small groups who want to split a generous dessert and try a Korean-style specialty together. A reviewer noted that the Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsoo serving was sized for two and wished there were a smaller portion; keep that in mind if you are visiting alone or prefer a lighter serving. For a more customizable level of sweetness, the yogurt berry bingsu review suggests asking about options such as skipping strawberry syrup. The variety of flavors also makes the shop a good pick when your group wants to compare different combinations.

Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsoo was absolutely delicious 💯. Serving for this is for 2 people. Would be nice if they offer for a single or small serving. None the less, i really enjoyed my bingsoo. Staff were very nice and welcoming. The place is clean despite its showing its age. Parking can get difficult especially on the weekends. I suggest to visit on opening.

Edit: I tried the yogurt berry bingsu without strawberry syrup, and it was perfect for low sweetness! I loved the taste of the Asian-style yogurt drizzle, and the shaved ice is even yogurt-flavored, too. I've gotten this twice already; I …

The location exudes a cozy atmosphere with a super-minimalistic design and fantastic vibes. The service was prompt, and the associate adeptly addressed all my questions. I appreciated the clear display showcasing all their bingsoo options, providing a precise expectation. The bingsoo itself was MASSIVE, easily serving four people. The condensed milk on the side was a delightful surprise, introducing a flavor I didn't know I liked. Each bite of the perfectly crafted bingsoo revealed its layered goodness, with fresh and delicious fruits, chewy mochi, and a nice touch of almonds. The fluffiness of the bingsoo was exceptional. Priced at a reasonable $13, this dessert could easily satisfy a group of four, making it a great value. It's genuinely a fantastic dessert spot, quick and cozy for your ice shave Bingsu fix. The service is efficient, delivering everything in under 10 minutes. The establishment is clean, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. One drawback, especially if you visit at night, is the crowd. There might be a wait outside, and service could take a bit of time, but the overall experience and flavors make it well worth the visit.
