Sign in to reviewI was here for a walk in hair cut around the time they opened on a Saturday. They were very accommodating and had me in the chair within 15 minutes. I told Helen, my stylist, I had a fresh ear piercing so she was very gentle and cautious during the hair wash and cut. I asked for a trim and more layers, which Helen delivered quick and easy (hair color in the pictures existed prior to the cut). I will definitely be coming back!
I had a great experience with Evan! I was honestly scared to try this haircut for the first time, but he did such a good job and listened carefully to what I wanted. He nailed the face-framing layers, U-shape cut, and wispy bangs exactly like the reference. I’m super happy with how it turned out
Linda and Lee are amazing stylists! I had come here last year to get a trim, and since the results were so good, I came back again. This time, not only did I ask for another trim, but I wanted to highlight parts of my hair purple. And the results were beautiful (especially when the sunlight hits!), I've been receiving lots of compliments since. Thank you for all that you do!
I requested for haircut similar to image 1 — layers and curtain bangs. The haircut I got (image 2) has basically no layers at all. Maybe there are some but they start so low that it’s equivalent to non existent. The hairdresser spent upwards of 40 minutes cutting my hair so I expected it to be good but it came out so bland and basic like there was no styling done at all. I showed the first image to him and it seems like he understood what I wanted but the results did not match. He also said he would only cut a tiny bit of hair but he cut a lot more than expected. He was a sweet guy but I wouldn’t come back to get a layered haircut, it’s just not good.
i’ve been getting my hair cut by kim for over 3 years (she actually used to work at a different salon and i had to do some deep research to find which salon she moved to—sunny salon!) and cannot recommend her ENOUGH!! she’s a true master at her craft, especially if you like getting long layers — and is also relatively quick which REALLY shows her skill. the layers are genuinely perfect, not a single hair is the incorrect length. kim herself is also such a genuine and sweet person, i feel comfortable when under her care and always walk out with a smile :-). i will be her customer until the day she stops cutting hair and highly recommend booking with her :-).
