Customer feedback gives the business a 4.2-star rating based on 10 reviews, reflecting a range of individual experiences.

Massage is the service highlighted in customer reviews, including a 60-minute appointment. Several guests describe positive sessions with therapists named Emily and Yoyo. Reviewers mention attention to areas such as the neck, shoulders, and lower back, and describe therapists who listened to their needs or identified areas of tension. One regular customer says they look forward to weekly appointments with Emily, while another praises Yoyo’s massage and notes the use of warm towels and unscented oil. These are individual customer accounts rather than a guarantee of a particular outcome, but they offer useful detail for people considering a visit.

The atmosphere described by one guest is clean and nicely decorated, with warm towels contributing to the experience. That reviewer also appreciated the unscented oil, a detail that may matter to people who prefer to avoid fragrance. Other feedback points to the value of communicating clearly about the areas you want addressed and what you expect from your session. If you have particular preferences or concerns, consider discussing them with the spa before your appointment so you can make an informed choice about the service.

Reviews are not uniformly positive. One customer reported being asked to pay before a 60-minute massage and said the therapist left the room several times to answer phone calls. This differs from other reviewers’ descriptions of attentive sessions, and experiences may vary by visit and therapist. The 4.2-star rating across 10 reviews provides a helpful snapshot, but reading the available feedback and confirming payment arrangements in advance may help set expectations. No single review represents every customer’s experience.
