The lady is nice, but I think she is new. When I told her the picture this style. But she turn me to face the other side wall not mirror. She said give me surprise beautiful. When turn me face to mirror I almost want to cry. Not my style look old 10 years. Tomorrow when I went back to work my coworkers guess I cut by myself. But she is nice. It should tell me you are new can I help you then I will face mirror then catch what I want. I will not more go. I went over there almost 4 years will no more. Sorry!
Absolutely revolting experience. The hair dye was cheap quality, leaving my hair looking brassy and uneven — nothing like the professional result I’ve received in the past. The haircut itself was an abomination, chopped in a way that looks rushed and careless, as though no thought was put into the shape or style. To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive the mini facial or steam towel that has always been part of my appointment before. The service felt stripped down, lazy, and insulting for the price I paid. What used to feel like a self-care experience now feels like a complete rip-off. I walked out disappointed, disrespected, and embarrassed by how my hair looks. Never again. Do you an anyone else a favor and no longer do business here
I like this place but this employee is always asking for tips and gets upset when I don’t give her tips.
