Sunshine Wellness SPA-Spring Creek

This was hands down the BEST massage I’ve ever had!! It was everything I needed and more. Helen was truly amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I got foot reflexology and abdominal + full body massage with gua sha. I’ve gone to many reflexology places and Helen really knew her stuff!! It was perfect technique and the pressure was deep without being painful. The abdominal massage was wonderful and helped with bloating and improved circulation. Now the full body massage was everything I needed. I hold so much tension in my traps and upper back that I never get enough relief. Helen was able to work out so many knots and hit certain places with so much attention!! I felt immediate relief. I loved the gua sha. It reminded me of something my mom would do growing up with a coin. I do only recommend it if you have a slightly higher pain tolerance. The place is so clean and comfortable. This was a hidden gem that I’m so glad I found. I can’t wait for my next visit!!

Worst massage experience I've ever had. I paid before the session started and even gave a $10 tip. Instead of a relaxing massage, it felt like I was being punched. The therapist used excessive force on my left leg and caused an injury. To make matters worse, the session ended with time still remaining, and when I complained about the poor service and my injury, there was no concern, apology, or attempt to make things right. Instead, I was asked for an additional tip. When I requested my money back because I was unhappy with the service and had been injured, my request was refused. Very unprofessional and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My gf and I made a reservation at 8pm 5/10/26 for two people. When we came in, there was only one lady and she told us to wait 5 min since the other lady is coming late. We waited 35 minutes and the message started around 8:40pm. The lady who came in late was not even fully trained to do the massage service. The procedure and the treatment was so bad that my gf had to ask her to stop. I booked a 60-minute foot massage, but the therapist stopped and left the room twice for over 5 minutes each time. To make matters worse, the session ended before the full hour was even up. I feel like I completely wasted my money. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.

We Made reservations for the massage and come here on time on a rainy day and they first told us it will be 30 minutes late. Then she told us they can’t do it because under staffed… I wished they could do a better job at planning. Since we had made reservations.

Amazing Body massage. The massage therapists are very intuitive and can naturally find your pain points. Would definitely recommend and plan on coming back again!
