Sign in to review"Sutton Financial is not accepting new clients." I was referred by an existing client of Ed Sutton's for several decades. I called the office and spoke to the receptionist (who is very nice and professional) who took my information, commented on what a great person our mutual friend was, and then promised that Ed or his son Nick would call me back in 24 hours. At this point, I had already traded emails with Ed and begun the intake paperwork he had sent me. Then nothing. The following week, I called and left a voicemail, asking for a follow-up. No response. The week after, I called for a third time, getting through to the receptionist again. This time, as I was introducing myself, she interrupted me to tell me that they are not accepting new clients at all. I pointed out that I had been waiting for some form of response from their office for weeks, and even if they were not going to take me on as a client, the appropriate thing to do would have been to let me know. "Okay," was the only response, not even an apology. So, cannot recommend, and, per their own words, Sutton Financial Services is closed to new clients.
The Sutton's are the best! Ed has been doing my family's, friends and my taxes for 20+ years. We were also able to set up our life insurance with Nick Sutton; it was easy and fast. I live out of the area and still choose to send my business to Sutton. Very professional with sound advice. You can't go wrong with Sutton Financial.
