I went to Lacey Monti a while back and she’s helped me with my hair through its different phases during my time in Austin. She’s recommended me good products, she’s great with communication, and when my hair was in bit too much of a shag she was understanding on how to cut my hair to give the ends more weight. An incredibly skilled stylist and months later my hair still looks stunning as it’s grown out! So thankful to have gotten the opportunity to have her work on my head, she is truly caring and passionate about what she does.

Ana is amazing! I am extremely grateful to have found such a gem. I recently relocated to Austin and needed a new stylist. The first salon I picked butchered my hair, and I was horrified until I found Ana at Swoon Salon. Ana corrected all the mistakes, corners, shelves, and so much more that had been done wrong to my hair. Ana saved me from walking around with an ugly hair helmet that was completely butchered throughout! She did such a fantastic job on every level, thanks, Ana! I needed a new look and start and Anna made it possible! It was my first time to cut my hair short and I told Anna that I’m trusting her with my hair. She did such an amazing job! She took her time to cut my hair and she knew how to handle my thick wavy hair. She is so personable and I felt I was in good hands. She did an amazing job with my hair! She showed me how I can style it on my own and products I can use. I love that my hair was less “heavy” at the bottom which can be a problem if it’s cut shorter. Thank you Anna! ❤️❤️❤️

Malinda did a great job fixing my previous color and bleaching my roots. I recently switched to Swoon salon because the salon I had been going to wasn’t able to give me a uniform blonde shade. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at how painless it was. My previous experiences burned like hell so I assumed that level of pain was normal for bleach blonde hair coloring. Thanks!

Easily the best cut / color I’ve had in years. I’ve been getting highlights since I was in high school but have struggled since the pandemic - trying balayage but always feeling like my hair was darker than I wanted; going back to highlights but not liking how quickly and starkly they grew out. Enter: Swoon. When I arrived for my appointment I got to chat with Micky (the owner) and finally felt like someone heard and understood the frustrations I’ve had. She shared with me some of the science behind the techniques and why I was getting those results, and helped me find the right shade and technique for a lower-maintenance, brighter blonde. Then Malinda worked color *magic* on my hair — using detailed techniques I have *never* seen anyone else do for placing the highlights in a way that would grow out more elegantly. It’s been about 2 months and I still love my cut and color - and for the first time ever, love how it has grown out! I feel like it looks more natural with my skin tone and eyebrows, but still gives me the light blonde feeling I’ve had (and tried so hard to keep) since I was a child. Thank you Malinda and Micky! It is so nice to look in the mirror and still feel so good about my hair months after the salon. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment! (Also - the salon is adorable and the vibes are immaculate. Easily the most laid back, calm and welcoming place in Austin - no pretentiousness; and the staff all feel like a family vs. individual people renting chairs next to each other). There’s also a patio out back and a coffee shop / restaurant next door where you can sit and work or hang!)
