Shawn is a very professional and reliable guy. He changed and fixed the battery and alternator problems. Also, the price was very reasonable. Since he did this work over six months ago, I have had no further problems with my car. I believe I will keep going to SZ Auto inc for any problems with my car even though it is not the company near my house and will take me about half an hour to drive there.

Very good company for dealing cars and repairing cars. The owners are very keen for helping and suggesting. I'll show some details here. I bought a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid from it on Aug 2106, which was a really good one. But it had some problem recently. So I went to this store to check my car last week, and the result showed that due to my own bad driving habit, the battery of hybrid was in poor condition and needed to be replaced. While the price of this kind of battery is extremely high. Since I'm an international student from other country, I may hesitate for a long time to decide whether to repair it or not. But Shawn, the owner, searched something online and then told me that the battery was still in the period of warranty. And he strongly recommended me to fix it at Honda rather than at his store. This may save me thousands of dollars. And finally I replaced the battery at Honda, which decreased Shawn's income definitely. I just wanna say this is really an honest store. Shawn and the lovely repairman in his company will tell you the true condition of your car and give you the best choice. That's the most important reason for me to trust it. SZ AUTO is really a perfect choice if you want to get a used car or repair your car.

Dealing with Shawn at SZ Auto was about the lowest pressure, most laid-back experience I've ever had when purchasing a car. He was knowledgeable (and was willing to tell me when he didn't know and then follow it up with his own research), courteous, responsive, and just pleasant to deal with.
