T & M Automotive

I was referred by my mom to come here. Brandon and his team are super honest and they do not lie to you about the work that needs to be done! I went to Firestone complete auto care on Pecos Ridge Parkway because that’s where I have been going. I went there because my AC compressor stopped blowing cold air so Firestone told me after their diagnosis that I needed a new air compressor, expansion valve alot of extra work done to my car total came out to $3133. So I took my mom’s advice and I went to TM auto and they told me I only needed a new compressor and for it to be charged! I literally saved over $2000!!! I’m so thankful for TM Auto and there honesty! I will NEVER go to Firestone again! Damn and to think all the work I have paid for at Firestone when more than likely I didn’t need it! Thank you Brandon and for your team for everything and they got it done in one day! All the guys at TM AUTO deserve a RAISE for their hard work and honesty.

Absolutely Elite Service – The Only Mechanic I Trust! If I could give Brandon Grade at T&M Automotive 10 stars, I would. Owning a van comes with its own unique set of headaches, but ever since I started bringing mine here, all that stress has completely vanished. Brandon is an absolute wizard. Every single time my van has an issue—whether it’s a weird mystery noise, routine maintenance, or a major fix—they diagnose it instantly and get it running better than it did before. Here is why they are the absolute best in the business: Honesty & Integrity: They never upsell me on parts I don't need. They explain exactly what’s wrong, what needs immediate attention, and what can wait. Van Experts: Vans can be notoriously tricky to work on, but Brandon Grade handles mine like a breeze. Their technical knowledge is top-tier. Fair Pricing: The quotes are always transparent, reasonable, and there are never any nasty surprises when it's time to pick up the keys. Fast Turnaround: They know how much I rely on my van, and they always work efficiently to get me back on the road safely and quickly. The Bottom Line: Finding a mechanic you can trust with your life is rare. Finding one who is also brilliant, fair, and genuinely awesome to deal with is a miracle. Do your vehicle a favor and bring it here, then ask for Brandon Gradw! They have a customer for life with me!

This family owned business is the best. Very well qualified to handle all our vehicle needs. G-R-E-A-T honest friendly service at a fair price.

10/10 Amazing experience with this shop. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I only wish I lived closer to have them work on all my vehicles. We were on our way home from vacation and passing through Vegas, when my F250's injector pump went nuclear. When every other diesel shop was booked two weeks out, these guys made themselves available to fix it within 2-3 days and even had a mechanic come in on a Saturday morning to complete the job so they could get us on our way as soon as possible. Excellent communication through the entire process and priced very fairly. Big thanks to Nick and Glen for all their efforts to help us as much as possible. I hope these guys are around for a long time.

T&M Automotive is the most honest, friendly and goes over and beyond for their Customers. I encountered T&M during a Roadside Service request that Subaru of Las Vegas commissioned them to aid my elderly Mother with her car. They made the entire experience pleasant and efficient. T&M Automotive will be our automotive service company from this day forward!!!
