Wanted to start fresh at a new dentist to get on a normal cleaning routine. My first visit at Tacoma Family Dental was a great experience. Office was in a convenient location and was very clean. Nichole did a fantastic job with xrays and my cleaning. Dr. Song was also very friendly and gentle during his exam. The front desk workers were very helpful by giving me full quotes for future procedures and were able to schedule my next visit for the following week. Excited to have a dental team!
Dr. Song and staff were so incredibly helpful! I had not been to the dentist in a while and was slightly afraid to return when one of my molars cracked. They quickly identified the issue and offered choices for solution, and set me up with a treatment plan to get further assistance with other issues they had identified. Very kind people, and were supportive in helping me understand all insurance and pricing before making a final decision. Couldn’t recommend enough!
I must Tacoma Family Dental has by far been one of the best dentistries I’ve ever stepped foot into. They are kind from the moment you call them all the way to entering their building. It’s a small places but the hearts there are so big and the quality of work is phenomenal. These guys are amazing! Got me in right away for my tooth pain and had me back the next day to do the work that needed to be done so I could finally have relief. During my visits, I felt so welcomed and they treated me like a longtime friend. No one made me feel bad nor did I feel judged for the state of my teeth. They are now my new go to dentist!
