Talented massage therapist but unprofessional and horrible costumer service. I originally gave her 5 stars after my first massage and purchased a 3 masaage package. I purchased three seperate 3 session pacakages; however, during my 1st of my 3rd package purchased through, her she was in a location down town and informed me she was moving from the location (possibly going mobile) because she was losing customers due to the noise and influx in temperature in the building, which I agree was problematic. I still had 2 of my 3 sessions left and intended to use them with her at her new location. During my last session in her old building and my 1-3 messages of my 3rd purchased package, she talked about her own issues (leaving the building) for 15mins and then ended my massage 10mins early, so I paid for 90mins and approx. 60mins. Then when I had my second appointment, I messaged the morning of to confirm since I didn't get the usual confirmation text. She informed me my appointment was canceled because she was ill (4 hours before my appointment) and I only knew because I emailed to confirm. I let it go and then a few days later I followed up asking to reschedule with no response. I followed up again 2 following days later asking either to reschedule or get reimbursed for my 2 unused sessions. She told me I could either reschedule or she could reimbursed and that she had moved locations. I asked her where her new location was and that I would like to reschedule. She ignored me and never gave me dates to reschedule. I then followed up a week later stating I would just like a refund for my 2 unused sessions since it appeared I wasn't going to be able to schedule. She ignored me again. I followed up again in a few days, again asking to be reimbursed since I wasn't able to schedule. Again, NO RESPONSE. I have had to report it to my credit card and it is currently in dispute.

Terrible place. They don't care about the customers time. I received an email canceling my appointment less then 24 hrs before it was scheduled. When I called to inquire why she said she had a doctor's appointment she forgot about. And hung up. Also the address she originally gave me was for a house and not the address shown on Google maybe fraud.

Tamara was very professional and focused on my areas of concern. I highly recommend this place!
