I’m honestly very disappointed—it almost feels like I was scammed during checkout. My total was supposed to be $181, but the cashier initially added items that I never purchased. After leaving the store and checking my receipt, I noticed several items that didn’t belong to me were still on the bill. When I went back to ask about it, the employee tried to blame me, saying I walked in right after the previous customer. However, I made it clear that we were not together. I then asked another staff member to recheck all of my items, and the correct total came out to only $100. If I hadn’t reviewed my receipt, I would have overpaid $81 for items I never bought.
First time going. Service was great food was DELICIOUS. Definitely be back with hubby
Prices were not clearly labeled. I had to continuously ask the owner. Sugar was $7! The register did not specify the labels of the items making it difficult to check the inventory when I got home. What I did like about the store was that the vegetables were very organic. No added chemicals to make them super big. The taste was great. Most vegetables these days have no real flavor! But this store has very good fruits and veggies.
A treasure trove of vegan and vegetarian options. I have finally found vegan shrimp! My jaw dropped. They also have vegan fish steak, vegan ham, so many vegan options to try. I’ll definitely go here again. The atmosphere feels very “foreign” which I love. It’s a small/local grocer, which we should support. This is more Vietnamese, but has plenty of times to choose from, given it’s small stature. It also has a Japan section and other areas within Asia.
It has special thing that there are so many live plants/fruit from tropical with good deals! We’ve been coming back twice!
