I went to the River Center location in San Antonio. They were the ABSOLUTE WORST. I started out waiting for 5 minutes for what was supposed to be a 15 minute massage in the chair downstairs. It was not comfortable. Although the guy had difficulty with speaking english, he understood when I said my usual massages where on a table. He said "we have one upstairs, same price"they had one 🤔. Went upstairs to their spa area which was very nice. I told his my lower back and legs especially needed the work, he struggled to understand. He gave my back such a work over that it was worst than it was before I consented to it. Then I heard a lady come in while face down on my stomach speaking to him in their language He said somethimg along the lines of "you can't walk". The woman then started massaging my right foot to the point it was killing me. Neither did she or the guy understand when I told them to stop and do the other foot. I had to hold up my left foot instead. After more than an hour of this, I heard a bell and the nightmare was over. The total was $194 and unbelievably the woman who didn't understand me at all kept pointing to the tip section of my credit card billing. We had to go back downstairs to finally resolve this "Mad Massage" to the tune of $200. A racket. 5hey should be arrested for assault and robbery

Awkward overall experience. Switch off of masseuse during. Had foot and back same time. Both were eight minutes short. First guy, the owner was good. The second who switched off had painful and jerky movement. He only did my left arm and was not consistent on both sides of body. At the end he tried to insist I pay cash, go to atm, when I pointed at the sign that said they accepted credit cards, he walked me down to other mall station to pay. I needed water desperately but didn’t get any because he walked me out first and certainly did not offer.

The massage was okay, but the price was high & the chair very uncomfortable. The guy was very pushy & tried to get me to get an hour instead of what I’d asked for. Then when checking out I said a $10 tip & he asked for $20 twice & I told him no, only $10 then he charged me $20 anyway! Just so you know - I am local & although I could come back, I certainly won’t!

Listen, I don't normally give such bad reviews, BUT....This was THE WORST massage experience I have ever had. I went in knowing it wouldn't be the best, because these chain places usually aren't, but I thought it would at least be relaxing. Not even close. I asked for the 40min combo head/shoulder & feet, by pointing to it on the sign, there should be no confusion, but there was. Then the guy started the massage while he was talking on the phone, LOUDLY. Then another guy came in to do my feet at the same time, and the first guy, who had no clue about proper massage techniques, did nothing but talk while rubbing my neck & shoulders. Very badly. And lastly, they were only taking cash because the card machine was down, and I literally had the exact cash amount in my wallet to pay for the massage without a tip, and they had the odacity to give me shit about not tipping them! Terrible. Don't waste your time or money.

Omg don’t do it!! Lady threw a sheet over my back and that’s how she massaged me, literally over the sheet!! No lotion no body oil, no nothing!! They overcharged me $100 for a basic massage, not worth it!! Very upset and dissatisfied. Will not be returning
