I don’t know where we’d be the last 3 years without the amazing nurses and staff from Team Select. They all feel like family. Our nurses are a true blessing for our special needs daughter. Shane is very attentive with nursing schedules and quick to action if changes occur. Alicia is always prompt and courteous with her follow up visits. Sophia works diligently to get our nurses approved to go to school with our daughter. They are a great Team! We would highly recommend this agency if you need quality nursing care.

I love Team Select and how family-friendly they are. All the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful anytime I have a question. I’m grateful to know such good people who go above and beyond. If you are needing a pediatric home health service, look no further! You will not find a better company in the DFW area. I had been with a different company for about 5 years with my son when I finally had to change. Team select came highly recommended and we’ve been with them a year so far and I have never been so pleased with a home health agency at any level (I had used a couple of services for my elderly mother) as I am with them. Cera, the Director of Operations in Fort Worth, is one of the most professional, friendly, and caring people I’ve had the pleasure to work with. She is prompt to return calls/texts. She reaches out to see if any supplies for the nurses needed and will have them delivered to your door as soon as possible. The Relationship Managers are amazing! They work closely with you to find the right nursing staff to fit your family’s needs. I’ve worked with both Sofia and Shane in the Fort Worth office and they both have gone above and beyond to find the perfect fit for my family. We have been with Team Select for more than 6 years and our experience has been overall very positive. While staffing can be a challenge to begin with, Shane does an exceptional job understanding our child and family needs to ensure we have the right person caring for our son.

All of the staff at the Fort Worth office are helpful and friendly. My main guy is Shane Carpenter, I enjoy our often phone calls. He works with me and my schedule. But his main concern is covering all his patients staffing needs. Persistent, but not pushy! Gets the job done.
