TESO Life

TESO Life has a huge selection of snacks, beauty products, home goods, toys, and unique items. There’s so much variety that it’s easy to get distracted and discover things you didn’t know you wanted. At the checkout counter I was given a orange reusable TESO Life shopping bag featuring their cute monkey logo. It was a thoughtful touch and a souvenir from my visit. The only downside I noticed was the lack of staff available on the sales floor. If you’re just browsing, that’s not a big issue, but if you need help finding a specific item, it maybe difficult to get assistance since the only employees I saw during my visit were working at the cash registers. Overall, it’s a fun store to explore, especially if you enjoy discovering unique items that are difficult to find anywhere else.

I love teso life! This location had claw machine, picture booth, a good amount of blind boxes altogether choose from. Not as many as the other location I visited but its a good amount to where you can come and get something maybe as a gift or even for yourself! Definitely recommend Japan-life and blind box lovers to check out this place when in this area! 5/5

Cute store! They have a good selection of blind boxes to choose from. Plus; everything from makeup to household items and snacks! I was very impressed!

First of all, they ask customers to give a “glowing” review in the exchange for tokens to play their claw machines. It’s painfully clear why they need the forced “glowing” reviews. They don’t want you to leave an honest one, that’s why you get rewarded for lying in their reviews about how great they are. So here I am editing mine, now that a staff member isn’t staring down my phone. 90% of the staff in TESO is so rude and dry to customers. They have zero customer service etiquette. Checking out at this store literally gives me anxiety because I am nothing but overtly kind to the cashiers, and most the time I’m met with an EXTREME attitude or no response whatsoever. It’s clear they don’t care about their image or customers, It’s also very obvious why they have an “urgently hiring” sign right outside the door. Who would want to work in an environment like that? It’s painful enough to simply speak with the cashiers. I can’t imagine having to spend any more time in there than it takes to get the items I need. What a shame for a store that carries such good products.
