I came in for a simple tune up and told them what i needed done. Of course they wanted to charge me Diagnostic fee. I said ok. Here it is 3 diagnostic fees later and ovet 2000$ later and i have more problems then i came with. Ill be getting my mechanic to check every part they claimed to change. I wouldn’t recommend them yo my worst enemy. They talk all friendly while they overcharge u for parts and services. My car has never stopped and now i can barely drive a block. Ridiculous. Good luck going here. They didn’t even put the screws back in so imagine what else they didn’t do. Carelessness could cost some their life or health. As “certified “ mechanics they should be held accountable!

The employees did an excellent job and gave me updates about my car and showed me the filters that needs to be change. I love their honesty and that they didnt rip me off like people from dealership that I went to from when I drove a Honda. But with Lexus, I would avoid dealership and will go to any auto shop for my maintenance check. The price is very reasonable for the service
