Thanks to Michael and the TGA crew of taking care of me and fiancés vehicle. We weren’t aware of a coolant leak and other minor issues but with the thorough inspection from their service diagnostics we were recommended to take the necessary steps on remedying the problem. P.S. While I was there it did not feel as though I was at a dealership environment where they would apply high pressure tactics to do any service. That was a big plus! All in all, they’ve got a customer for life as I will be using them for all my vehicle needs!

I had an amazing experience with Texas German Autohaus. They recommended a Towing company to safely transport my vehicle to the shop, they provided timely updates on the progress of the vehicle that was being serviced, they treated me like a valued customer, and they fixed the issue that the vehicle was brought in for and also gave me a complimentary inspection of my vehicle which allowed me to make an informed decision on additional work that the vehicle needed to get the maximum performance possible out of engine/car. I would highly recommend anyone taking their foreign vehicle to German Texas Autohaus and I plan to give them my business moving forward for all routine services and maintenance.

Excellent service of my BMW. Knowledgeable, good communicators, on time, and great work. Such a breath of fresh air vs the dealership. This team really goes above and beyond. In the past 14 years I have had 4 vehicles serviced at Texas German Autohaus for a wide range of needs. In that entire time period the work has always been exemplary and the service outstanding. All the staff has been professional, helpful and courteous. Never any pressure or attempts to upsell.

So impressed with my experience today at Texas German Autohaus. My x5 was showing a passenger airbag error alert and when I took it to bmw service center, they diagnosed a big issue with a big bill which I rejected. I took the car in today to TGA for a second opinion and the person (Michael) who was so amazing as he looked at it and ran diagnostic in front of me. He made a few seat adjustments and was able to fix it. Guess what - he refused to take money for it. Such service is so rare and I was so appreciative. On the other hand; it really made me question BMW official service business but that’s a different story. Thanks!
