Hes very helpful and showes great deal of concern when it comes to his patient's. He listens to my problems and jumps right in . The lady's at the front desk are also very polite and helpful and are not rude. They make me and my family feel well comfortable. We've been going there for 7 years now..
I found my GP here at TX Health Family Care after my last no longer accepted my insurance (frustrating). It worked out though because this location is right down the street from my neighborhood. I have actually seen the PA Lisa Williams and she has been more than qualified to care for all my needs this far. I have found her to be a good listener, caring, and the office staff to be very friendly and helpful. Unlike some offices their system is very easy to navigate and I can do almost everything online. I really like this Dr office so much. I would recommend to others.

This clinic sent me a REGISTERED LETTER to let me know that I could no longer be seen. I missed two visits, but I did call and cancel.Due to the problems I was having with my neck. I'm four weeks out of neck surgery right now. So that shows you, I was not lying about my pain, I was having! ! I was so excited about going there, because it was literally 4 1/2 minutes from my house. I'm very disappointed with Dr. Chu for not even asking why I canceled or the nurses even asking. I'm sure I told them the reason WHY I canceled when I had an appointment, but I guess they didn't Care Enough about tge Patient's like I thought they would ! ! ! Deena Salazar
