I’ll start by saying the pre-appointment new patient process was extremely easy and I went in with all of my prescriptions 0 as well as my blood pressure diary to make it as easy as possible. Check in was easy and the staff professional and friendly. Nursing staff on their game and my appointment with NP Belma was thorough, professional and efficient. We went over my history and she was actually able to access most of my records on line..All of my records will be transferred and I look forward to my wife and I working with this team to manage our health into the future. I am already rescheduled for full blood work and an appt with the Primary Practice Physician in December.. My Highest Recommendation for this Practice and excellent staff.
There was a mix up when I arrived about what type of visit I was going to be able to have vs. what I had originallymade an appointment for. I arrived 8 minutes late but I had to wait another 45 minutes before I was seen due to the type of office visit I was supposed to have.After Iwas able to be seen by the nurse and PA, I had a fantastic experience. They both where very thorough and kind and very helpful with questions I had. My first office visit at this location was a very pleasant one. 😊
Dr Treer’s office staff were professional And friendly. Dr Treer took extra time to get to know me and my personal health history and advised several tests that I am very glad he has brought up! I truly enjoyed my first visit with him and saddened that he will be retiring this year!
Dr. Amara has been my physician since 2012. He is outstanding and so smart. He is such a caring doctor too. Every time I see him through the years, he remembers about my family and he will ask how they are, and he cares about me as his patient. I like that he doesn’t rush you out of the office. He takes time to listen to you and then to explain everything to you. You’re the best Dr. Amara!
The service itself was great with Dr. John Treer Jr. giving you personal attention and care. Unfortunately the issue I have faced is administrative as somehow my patient portal was set up with a wrong last name I.e. Hasmi vs actual last name Hashmi. I have called the clinic as well have visited it twice but till today this problem has not been fixed and I am at my wits end how to fix this problem.
