They have a lot of products for nails and I was only going for accotone, I came out with more. Eh, I think with all theses reviews talking about the lady at the front, I had no issue with the car rep. Like go in and get out. 😂 …
The Hispanic lady that works there is so extremely rude. We have been here over a dozen times, but we will not be returning. With other nail supply stores, we know exactly what we want and we're in and out within five minutes. At this store, we literally stand at the counter for 15+ minutes. The Hispanic lady will leave you standing there and doesn't ask, "how may I help you?" or acknowledges you. Poor customer service every time.. she seems to be in a bad mood every time. We tell other nail techs and business owners to be aware.
This place has the rudest front cashier I have ever experienced, it always seems like the Hispanic woman working here has an attitude no matter what time, day, year, or week you want to shop here. I would think you want to give the best service necessary when people are wanting to spend their hard earn money. I’ve been here on multiple occasions with my students & friends so this is not a one time ordeal.
Great prices ... The lady was WAY NICER THAN LAST TIME.... I think the owner was there again he is the sweetest... But the lady at the front counter can come off as mean but she is actually nice! And very knowledgeable about just about everything and it's price AND THE PLACE IS BIG!!
The staff was rude, especially the lady! Two men were nice and helpful. Also felt like the store was very unorganized and scattered. I feel like they charge the price looking at the customer. For a nail paint, the price on their website is $5.25 and charged me $7 in store Edit: its $5.25 if you order online otherwise prices are very reasonable
