Sign in to reviewNo matter how tasty the food was but if the service was shady I would never want to come back and can’t give 2 stars and above. Yesterday I was at this place purchasing a few desserts items. The lady help kept pushing sales on me, I thought that was a bit odd because I had been to other locations and I had never been asked this way before. Anyway, the reason why I am here giving this place 1 stars because yesterday I asked this lady for a small cup of chè Xôi nước (the cup that has 2 dumpling balls.) I repeatedly told her even after I saw she grabbed two small cups instead of one. I was confuse why she did that. She then asked a man that worked with her for an empty bigger cup. (Now I think he is the owner and she is a worker?) all of these actions was behind the counter that I was unable to see exactly what she was doing with my che xoi nước. When it was time to pay I asked for recipe and check my order. She gave me a large che xoi nước with 3 balls in it. I told her I only wanted a small cup. She said small cup was $3.75 and large cup was $4. It would be cheaper with a large cup. So I guess she decided to upgrade my cup for me without telling me. The math ain’t mathing for me here. She took two cups, 2 balls in each and $3.75 each. She charged me 2x3.75. But gave me a large cup with 3 balls and said it was $4. I asked her to switch back to small cup and she gave me back $1. It wasn’t about how much I spend and even if it was only just a dollar more. I want to be respected and heard. Don't try to fool me for a sale like this.
It was good and yum. However they don’t have seats options
