Horrible doctor, lack of communication. Dismisses patients, rude. Knows patient is in desperate need of care keeps having them do run around for months. Prescribes medication incorrectly that causes issues with pharmacist. Will never return.

*EDIT AFTER RESPONSE I came to the office to get a physical and to ALSO have my wife seen by the pcp who is listed on my insurance which is you. You cut me off as I was explaining the other matter I needed from you after you asked me “is there anything else?” after you said I couldn’t get the physical done. And It was your preference to not see my wife because my insurance company said its up to doctors preference. You are unprofessional and you guys didn’t even attempt to see my wife at all after I had explained she was at the ER and that the doctors said she needed to see her pcp. She was very emotionally distraught after being sent here by the hospital to not receive any help at all. I called to change her name on the insurance and she had a picture of her ID to show that she had just changed her name. You didn’t even attempt to help at all. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This man is one of the rudest Doctors I've ever met. The staff too, they were super rude to my wife. He rudely cut me off as I was trying to explain my situation to him and they denied to see my wife for her follow up from being in the ER. I asked if he could sign my FLMA packet to take care of my wife since she is always in the hospital. Her doctor at the ER told me that her PCP had to sign the paper which he is also her PCP. He told me “I don’t sign papers for anyone”. It’s as if they just didn’t want to see us. Do not go here, worst medical experience of my life.

I've been a patient of Dr Pham for 15 years.He's a competent professional from my experience working with him on my health issues. He gives referrals when it's necessary to do so and He listens to your concerns about your health issues and gives appropriate recommendations for treatments. During the 15 years that I've been working with him I haven't noticed any racial bias. W. Salam

Been his and his father before him got 50yrs, I moved 125 miles away, and I refuse to change MD even though I've been told I was nuts to drive 260 round trip.. he's treated me with respect and listens to me..I'm terminal w cancer and I still go, idk if paid to change I will remain with Dr.Pham's loyal for rest my life..Thks to his father , Dr Pham and his wonderful staff members..GOD BLESS THEM!!! Dr Pham has been treating me for over eight years and I can’t recommend him enough. He always listens and treats me with care and respect . The ease and convenience of being able to go when needed gives such peace of mind . Excellent Doctor .
