Customer reviews mention several massage and spa services, including 60-minute deep-tissue massage, cupping, back scrubs, facials, and a Gua Sha lift-and-firm treatment. One guest described a birthday visit for a deep-tissue massage with cupping, saying the therapist asked about specific tight areas and focused on them. Another reviewer appreciated a couples experience, with two guests receiving massages at the same time in one room and adding facials. These accounts offer a practical picture of the services people have tried, without suggesting that every visit or treatment will be identical. Guests can ask about available options and share preferences when arranging their appointment.

Personal attention is a recurring theme in favorable reviews. Guests describe therapists checking in about comfort and pressure, working on areas of tension such as the shoulders and upper back, and taking care to address the spots that bother them most. Reviewers specifically praise Sandy, Jan, and Katie for their work, though therapist availability may vary. If you have sensitive areas, a preferred pressure level, or a particular concern, it may help to communicate that before or during the session. The feedback also includes a less positive account of a back scrub and Gua Sha treatment, a reminder that service experiences can differ and that it is reasonable to speak up if something feels uncomfortable.

Thai Orchid Massage & Spa may suit people seeking focused bodywork, guests interested in pairing a massage with a facial, or couples hoping to enjoy treatments during the same visit. The reported atmosphere is welcoming and clean, and the daily 9 a.m.–9 p.m. schedule can make planning easier. Before you go, confirm current service details, pricing, and appointment availability directly with the spa, since those specifics are not provided here. Whether you are looking to address muscle tightness or simply set aside time for a spa visit, this Las Vegas business offers several options described by past customers.
