⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Emma was fantastic! Her deep tissue technique is excellent, and what really impressed me was how attentive she was. She focused on the areas that needed the most work without neglecting the rest of my body. I left feeling like I’d had a thorough full-body massage with good stretching incorporated. For a one-hour session, I felt like I truly got so much out of it. The atmosphere was relaxing and the whole experience from start to finish was wonderful.

Wow, that was an incredible massage! Kate provided a great 60 min Thai massage, listening to my feedback through the session and providing the perfect amount of pressure. The staff was kind and friendly and was able to accommodate me on the day of, which was so appreciated as a weary traveler! Highly recommend checking this place out, I’ll try to visit again whenever I come to town.

I have been going here on and off for about 4yrs. Not sure if the management has changed over the years, but the people and massage therapists seem to have changed. Out of all the years I’ve been going here today was the least pleasant. The massage was good, historically the beds were heated, the towels were a bit warmer, and same with the oil used. That wasn’t the case today. However I did really enjoy that Vanessa consistently asked me about the pressure and adjusted as needed since my right side was tighter, she did a great job and completed everything I asked to have done, thank you! I have a huge issue with the customer service at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, the lady didn’t even acknowledge me walking in. Just kept looking down so I had to say something first. When checking out, she was very unclear about the points I was using toward my service (aka I had no idea how many points I was using or if I even had enough). When I asked her questions, she just stared at me multiple times - couldn’t tell if she was confused or not. Even when tipping she did the same thing and it wasn’t clear until I started paying, when I was able to add my tip (before I would tell them my tip before hand and they would add it to my total and the I would pay). If you have someone at the front desk, at minimum please train them to greet people, ask them about their service, and have better communication all around. I actually like this place and have recommended it to people, but my experience today has made me consider going elsewhere.

I have been a long time client of Ken and wanted to take a moment to recognize his exceptional skill as a therapist. I have a sedentary job and sometimes end up with stiffness in my neck or back or shoulders. Ken is great at targeting these problem areas and I always feel better by the end. Their namesake massage is a unique blend of a conventional massage and various types of body stretching. I prefer my massage with more pressure and Ken has this uncanny knack of knowing my breaking point and stopping just short of it. The online booking system is easy to use, but once in a rare while can glitch. To cancel/modify reservations requires a call to the staff. Speaking of staff, Betsy and others are always very pleasant and helpful. In short, I am very pleased with my experience at this establishment and they have my highest recommendation.

Place is great, very experienced and professional therapists. I always go to Amber but today I have tried Emma, she was spot on, did great job. And as usual, we have Betsy who treats you well by greetings and makes sure if we have any discounts that she can apply. Will continue to visit this place.
