Thazia is an Asian restaurant at 21 Drydock Ave in Boston, MA, serving weekday lunch in the Drydock area. Customer reviews describe a menu that includes rice bowls, noodles, ramen, broth, and shareable scallion pancakes. With a 4.6-star rating from 16 reviews, Thazia has drawn praise for flavorful food, generous portions, and friendly service. It may suit people working nearby who want a quick lunch, as well as visitors looking for a warm bowl on a chilly day.

Several dishes stand out in diners’ descriptions. The karaage chicken rice bowl is praised for its taste and satisfying portion, while the scallion pancakes have also won repeat compliments. For a soup-centered meal, one reviewer recommends the ten yum broth, describing it as warming, authentic-tasting, and pleasantly spicy. Others mention the shrimp tempura ramen bowl and the Southie Girl, a brothless noodle dish with shrimp tempura. These are customer impressions rather than a promise of a particular preparation or portion, but they offer a useful sense of the choices guests have enjoyed.

Convenience is part of Thazia’s appeal. Reviewers say orders can arrive quickly, including during the lunch rush, and one customer appreciated that the food came sooner than estimated. The location is described as convenient for people who work in the area. Diners also note the staff’s welcoming manner, which helps make a short lunch break feel easy and pleasant. The reviews point to a casual, practical lunch experience rather than a formal occasion, though the available information does not specify seating, decor, or other details about the atmosphere.

Feedback on value is not entirely uniform. Some customers call the prices reasonable and the portions generous, while one reviewer questioned the price relative to the amount of shrimp tempura in a Southie Girl order. Another customer enjoyed that same dish, especially how the tempura paired with the noodle sauce. If portion size or price is important to your choice, checking the current menu and asking staff about a dish before ordering may help set expectations. Overall, reviews suggest a mix of comforting, flavorful options and experiences that can vary by order.

Thazia is open Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and closed Saturday and Sunday, making it a weekday lunch option rather than an evening or weekend destination. Its address is 21 Drydock Ave, Boston, MA 02210, United States. Whether you are based nearby or visiting the area, the customer feedback makes Thazia worth considering for a quick rice bowl, noodles, ramen, broth, or scallion pancakes. I ordered the Southie Girl and it really hit the spot during this chilly day. I especially loved the tempura, it went really well with the sauce from the noodles. Overall would recommend :)

First time coming to this spot and I am very impressed. I had the ten yum broth and it’ll warm you up on any chilly day. Proportions were generous, taste was authentic and has just the right kick to it. Prices were also reasonable. Overall great experience!

Conveniently located for those who work in the area. Quick service even during rush hour. My first experience was good but my last order I had the Southie Girl (brothless noodle with literally 2 pieces of shrimp tempura for $14.) I'll visit again to help me shape my decision if it's worth all the $$$.
