Sign in to reviewI went to see Karen at the Brow Room about a week ago and had such a great experience. The person I tried the month before left my brows much thinner than I asked for. Karen was very detail oriented and went exactly though what my brows would end up looking before starting to wax. She really listened to what I asked for and did such a great job. I'm so happy with my brows and will continue to go to her. The really great part was the service. Her space is so cozy, plenty of free parking, and she even gives you coffee and other beverages. Completely complimentary with your visit. I've never received this type of treatment with anyone else and felt the least I could do was come leave her a review. I found her by searching instagram for brow artists in san diego, so I was able to see her work before making an appointment. I may even pick up some of the brows products she sells because i also really liked the way they made my brows looked, and seemed easy to use. Overall I highly recommend.
The self care my brows and I needed!!!! I learned so much about how to better shape my brows. Definitely book the luxury experience with scalp massage. Karen is so sweet and the experience is all around wonderful. Keep your hair dry for the scalp massage if you can!

I came to Karen because my daughter wanted brow lamination. Karen was referred by a friend, so how could I resist. Stepping into her office I realized what an oasis it was. The music was so relaxing and she was so warm and inviting. As I watched my daughter get her treatment… I thought what about me?? Karen gave me the best advise for what I needed for my brows and I’ve been hooked , ever since! She’s such a professional sweetie. I’m delighted to proclaim it to all!!
This was my first time getting my eyebrows laminated! Karen made it so worth it. I love my eyebrows and her customer service. I was initially going to get a tint, but with Karen’s thorough explanation, I opted out. I wanted more of a natural look anyway, and they look amazing regardless.
