The Car Guy 38th

I took my 96 Tahoe to The Car Guy on 38th to have my A.C. recharged. Unfortunately my system needed replacing, it wasn't a surprise considering the age of my Tahoe. The Car Guy replaced my system and now has my A.C. blowing cold again. No hot box this summer! This was my first time having services done by the Car Guy and I was very pleased at the high quality service and care they provided. I'm very cautious over leaving my truck with someone to have work done. I had a few bad experiences with local shops causing damage to my vehicle. The Car Guy took great care with my vehicle and I will return for future services without hesitation. The tech that did the work was great also! Thanks again!!

Honest, reliable, great communication and pricing! My mom recently took her car to the dealership for an oil change and they identified a leak and recommended an EXTREMELY pricey fix that was out of budget for a retired person. She called me for help, so I opted for a second opinion and this shop did their due diligence and found the actual root cause (not what the dealership thought) and fixed it at an great price. I can't recommend this shop enough. Will definitely be coming back for all our car needs. Thank you Daniel and team!!

Fantastic shop! They were able to fit us in last minute as we drove through Washington. Fixed the breaks in a flash. Great service and crew would absolutely recommend. It's almost worth off-roading so you have a reason to visit.

I’m more than happy to leave a 5+ star review for the team at The Car Guy 38th! The diagnostic test was thorough and easily understood. Once I knew what needed attention first, I trusted them, due to so many great reviews, to repair the …

I have had my 2013 Ford econoline camper van serviced at The Car Guy on 38th a couple times now. This is an old van with over 300k miles on it and it’s needed a lot of work. I’m a single lady and took my van to several other places for quotes and even had some other work before finding the guys at The Car Guy. Every other place quoted me so much higher. These guys at The Car Guy are honest, don’t send my van home until the work is complete and done the right way, and make sure my van is safe and ready for long road trips again without charging me extra just cause I’m a lady. They’ve got a lifelong customer and I will tell everyone I can to go there!
