Warm, modern, and nothing like the sterile, anxiety-inducing dental offices I’d been to in the past. It immediately put me at ease. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They greeted me like I’d been a patient for years, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s clear they take pride in creating a positive experience for every patient. Dr. Vu was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything, but what really stood out was how gentle and careful she was throughout the entire treatment. I have a sensitive side when it comes to dental work, and I felt completely at ease in her hands. She clearly takes great care with her patients and it shows! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dental home. I’ve found mine!
I’ve been coming to Dr. Vu since moving to the area a couple years ago, and I’ve had such a great experience! The hygienists are always super friendly. I had my cleaning done by Aida and it was such a pleasant experience, truthfully I wish I could request her every time. The cleaning was top notch, not uncomfortable at all, and time flew by because of her friendliness and upbeat conversation. Would highly recommend!
Had a great experience at the dental house. The dentist Dr. Vu was very kind and patient and the hygienist Aida was very nice, gentle, and thorough. Everyone at the office was great and helped my dental anxiety. I will definitely be back!
I am so grateful to have Dr. Vu caring for my family! She is always incredibly patient with my son, helping him to navigate his anxiety by respecting his boundaries and listening for his verbal and non-verbal cues throughout the visit. Every 6 months the visits become less and less challenging for him as Dr. Vu has built genuine trust with not just him, but me as well. Dr. Vu embodies integrity, honesty and compassion. I don't even know where to begin! Going to the dentist isn't usually a pleasurable experience to look forward to, at least that's been the case for me personally throughout my life. I've had some pretty terrible visits with some dentists with no bedside manner or quality of work and also I've had that usual fear of pain that can accompany a visit to the dentist. Well lucky for me I chipped a crown over a year ago and after searching and searching for a dentist online I saw Dr. Vus website and called and she got me in that very same day. She and I hit it off like old friends (I do consider her a friend) and I felt so at ease righ away. Her staff are incredible as well! She replaced my crown and I actually got to see it being made in her 3D printer right there in her sweet, homey office. No waiting around for a crown. So I'm hooked from the start and she is now my forever dentist. I've had several visits for various things as well as cleanings etc and I now look forward to going to the dentist. Yes I said what I said! Dr. Vu is brilliant too and not only is her technique and quality of work thorough andsuperb but she also explains everything with complete detail and visuals too so you actually learn from your visit which I enjoy immensely because it's wonderful to learn something new every day! Dr. Vu is also gentle and kind and i love that she hums along to the music that plays in the house as she works so focused on you. She's just so caring and wants only the best for her patients as her entire staff is the same way. You feel it as soon as you walk in the the door. I could go on and on and I know im leaving out some other fantastic things but you will understand once you visit on your own. In closing I'd just like to say I love my dentist and I am so very very grateful to Dr. Vu and staff at the Dental House and highly recommend Dr. Vu especially to anyone who has any fear or hesitation for a dental visit.
