The Emergency Dentists

This place is a blessing. Been waiting months at my normal dentist office for extraction but it finally got too painful so went the this office instead and they got me in same day and did the extraction, two extractions. The dentist here does an amazing job, and would recommend to anyone in the valley. Feeling much better.

I had such a positive experience at this dental office, and I don’t say that lightly because I have a real fear and phobia of the dentist. From the moment I walked in, the two ladies at the front desk were kind, polite, and welcoming. It immediately put me at ease. The woman who brought me back to the room, I believe her name was Litzy. She was also incredibly kind, friendly, and genuine. She reassured me that I would be in good hands more than once, which meant a lot given how nervous I was. This was actually my second visit here. The first time I came in for an extraction, I was extremely anxious, but the experience was so smooth that I left smiling, something I never thought I would say about going to the dentist. I came back again for another extraction even though I live about a 35 minute drive away because the first experience was that good. The doctor was very friendly and professional. The extraction itself was extremely quick. It honestly took longer to get me numb than to remove the tooth, and even that part was not bad or drawn out. I was surprised at how fast and efficient everything was. Francisco, who assisted during the procedure, was also amazing and very comforting throughout the process. The entire team made sure I felt calm and supported the whole time. I also really appreciated the atmosphere. They had reggae music playing in the office, which made it feel relaxed and personal. As someone who is Jamaican, that really stood out to me in a good way. Another thing that really impressed me is that they follow up the next day to check on you and make sure everything is okay. They also clearly explain your insurance coverage and what is or is not included, which I really appreciated. Overall, this is easily one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. If you are someone who is afraid of the dentist or has dental anxiety, I genuinely recommend this office. 10 out of 10 is really an understatement because this place is beyond amazing!

Every staff member was friendly and made sure i was comfortable through every step. They got me in, taken care of and out in a timely fashion without rushing the process. Best experience at a dental office hands down.

Awesome facility with appt even sunday. Dr Adams made me feel comfortable. We talked about options. He pulled 4 teeth right then and price point reasonable. I recommend highly!
