From the moment I walked into The Factory, the vibe was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and genuinely helpful, which immediately made me feel comfortable 💕 I came in after having a previous salon damage my hair and completely mess up my bangs, so I was definitely nervous. Schanel was an absolute dream. She really listened to my concerns, took the time to understand what I wanted, and cared about getting my hair back to a healthy place while still making me feel good about how it looked. She even brought in Nikki and Irina, and the three of them were able to come together and figure out the best way to style my hair. I really appreciated how knowledgeable, thoughtful, and collaborative they were. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in what they do. Everyone was so sweet and made me feel completely welcomed. I left feeling like myself again, which honestly meant a lot after my last experience. I can confidently say I found my forever hair home. I highly recommend The Factory, and especially Schanel if you’re looking for someone who will actually listen, understand your hair, and take care of you. 🤍

Lucas was phenomenal! Every stylist I've been with at The Factory has been wonderful, but Lucas gave me the exact blonde I was looking for, and exactly what I didn't know I wanted yet! He was cautious with my haircut knowing I'd been working to grow my hair out, which gave me the ability to actually gauge how many layers/ what length I was going to be happy with. I ended up having him take off more and add more texture, and he was more than happy to do so. Throughout the whole process he was thoroughly communicative, and even helped me save money in the end because I didn't end up needing a toner. Whatever technique he used was perfect, and gave me the high impact blonde I was looking for. Before I left he made me aware that if anything wasn't perfect, he'd be happy to have me back, free of charge. But I won't be needing to take him up on it! Thanks, Lucas!!
I’ve had my hair cut by Alex for almost a year now. I had a bad haircut experience and she helped me start over with a cute curly pixie cut and I felt immediate relief as my hair turned out so good.
