I started coming here about 2 years ago and havnt looked for another hair stylist since! I cannot recommend Catherine enough! She is truly an amazing hair stylist who consistently goes above and beyond. From the moment you sit in her chair, she makes you feel comfortable and listened to, taking the time to understand exactly what you want. Her attention to detail, skill, and creativity are unmatched—she absolutely nailed my look and made my hair feel healthier and more beautiful than ever. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and it really shows in her work. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients, Catherine is the one!
LOVE LOVE LOVE Catherine! I seriously loved my experience at Factory Salon. Catherine was amazing and truly made my experience the best!! I have super long, curly hair that had previous dye in it, and she completely transformed the way my hair looks. She really took her time and made sure everything was perfect, that’s something I didn’t experience the first time I got my hair done at another salon. I will definitely be going back to her, not only for her skills but also because she has such a sweet personality. If you have curly hair or even straight hair, I 10/10 recommend going to Catherine she’s the best👏🏼👏🏼
I cannot say enough good things about Catherine! She always does such an incredible job on my hair. My highlights come out absolutely perfect every time bright, blended, and exactly what I ask for. And don’t even get me started on my tape-in extensions… she installs them so seamlessly that no one can even tell they aren’t my natural hair! Not only is she insanely talented, but she also makes the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. I always leave her chair feeling more confident and in love with my hair. I came in super skeptical because of past experiences with salons, but WOW! I was completely proved wrong. Nathalie is truly a diamond in the rough! My hair has looked phenomenal every time, and I always leave feeling amazing and confident. Side note: she gives the best head massages lol. Highly recommend!
Booked with Nathalie and I always end up obsessed with my hair! Every time I’m looking to do something fun with color I can always trust she gets my vision.
