I was very disappointed with my experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, the lighting was very dim and dark, making it difficult to properly see or appreciate the work being done. I wanted my base color done, but instead, my entire hair was colored much darker, which completely covered and took away all of the high lights I had worked on. I was also disappointed with the wash. My hair was not washed thoroughly enough, and it did not feel truly clean afterward. Finally, my hair was blow-dried without properly styling or polishing it, and I also received a haircut. For all of this, I was charged $175, which I feel is extremely expensive considering the overall experience and result. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon. I expected much better service and attention to detail for the price.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair, Diona is the best! Not only is she technically good at cutting and color, but she listens and somehow manages to transform me into a new woman every time I visit! Can't say enough about the fun results!
